An ongoing Pediatric Surgery assignment is available in Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term locums role at a supportive Level 2 trauma center with a manageable patient volume.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient coverage
• Level 2 trauma center
• PICU and NICU on site
• Support from Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners

Schedule

• Consistent coverage needed for 2 weeks per month
• Scheduled shifts Monday-Friday
• Shared 24-hour pager call rotation
• Initial need begins in late Fall

Procedures and Cases

• Provide 24/7 coverage for Pediatric Surgery
• General pediatric surgery cases

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Pediatric Surgery
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications

Credentialing Requirements

• 60-day credentialing timeframe
• Temporary privileges are available

Travel Accommodations

• Travel and lodging provided
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
